Jason – Founder & Lawn Care Expert
Jason started Assuregreen with a dream to deliver top-notch lawn care and exceptional customer service. With over 20 years of experience in the industry (since 1997), Jason’s expertise ensures every lawn gets the care and attention it deserves. A palm tree expert and outdoor enthusiast, Jason loves fishing and spending quality time with his family.
Heather – Co-Founder & Customer Care Specialist
Heather is the heart of Assuregreen’s customer experience. A certified operator with a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Social Science, Heather excels at fostering strong relationships and ensuring every customer feels valued. She also prioritizes team well-being, organizing outings and activities to strengthen bonds. Outside of work, Heather enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and pets.
Our Technicians
Lee “The Bugman” - Technician
'The bugman,' Lee, has 22 years of experience, and brings unmatched expertise and passion to Assuregreen. Originally from Arizona, Lee is a proud Native American who finds joy in Jeep adventures, disc golf, live music, and sports. Above all, Lee is deeply in love with his wife and incredibly proud of his son, both of whom inspire him every day. He is also a Certified Operator for General Household Pest Control and takes immense pride in helping customers maintain pest-free properties.
Josh - Technician
Josh, one of our expert technicians, enjoys fishing, sports, and spending quality time with his family.
Adarius - Technician
Adarius is a proud fan of the University of Miami who values family and community.
Steve – Supervisor
Steve leads our technician team with expertise and dedication. An Ohio State fan and volunteer baseball coach, Steve spends his free time with his family.
Meet Sam: Sam, the glue of our operations, keeps everything running smoothly. A lover of the outdoors, sports, and her dog Rubble, Sam juggles work and family life with ease. She and her husband Steve have two children: Bryce, a math-loving baseball player who enjoys video games, and Bailee, a gymnast with a creative flair for makeup and Roblox.
Meet Irines: As an Office Assistant, Irines is one of the welcoming voices customers often hear at Assuregreen. With a heart for customer service and a passion for helping others, she takes pride in making every customer feel heard and cared for. Rooted in family values and a spirit of service, she is dedicated to creating positive customer experiences.
Irines is a proud mom of three boys and has been married for 16 years. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, music, film, spending time with her family, and engaging in theological discussions. She loves being part of a family-owned company that values people just as much as beautiful lawns.
