When we had a rat get in the attic recently, Lee came out, used a camera to track it, set out traps, and then came out to check periodically until it was caught. They will come out of you have any lawn problems, like grubs and brown patches - and take care of the problem very efficiently. The lawn techs are polite and always leave notes on what we need to do next after a treatment.
